The SCYPCC is open to cultural, education/learning, and youth organisations that have an interest and commitment to providing and enhancing opportunities for children and young people to enrich their lives through engagement with arts and culture.

- Access to training and networking events.
- Access to funding opportunities as they arise in line with CCS Aims & Objectives.
- Receive and share information through meetings and email bulletins.
- Opportunity to contribute to the development, activity and business planning of the CCS.
- Profiled and publicised on Spotlight Shropshire
CCS Terms and Conditions Agreement:

The Management group reserves the right to with-hold or cancel membership, if the above terms and conditions are not met.
All members agree to:
- Participate in CCS activity with a sense of openness, purpose and generosity, believing that open-minded exploration and the sharing of ideas and will result in better outcomes for all involved.
- Commit to the vision of the CCS as set out in the Terms of Reference, and subsequent planning documents, working towards a shared ambition to extend and enhance opportunities for children and young people to engage with and enjoy the arts and culture.
- Keep regular and open lines of communication, discussing opportunities and concerns relating to the CCS development and associated activity as they arise.
- Not commit any act, which shall prejudice or damage the reputation of anyone concerned with the CCS.
- Adhere to the CCS Safeguarding Policy, which will be updated on an annual basis. If a CCS member has on-going and regular contact with children and young people, as part of their role within the CCS, they must have a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate. This can be issued through Shropshire Council.
- Embrace the key principles that the network is of and for members; member engagement and support is fundamental to the longer-term legacy of the consortium.
